Turns out: Marcel had changed his final wishes before they went on vacation. Did he know he was going to die? Nobody knew. It turned out that Marcel left all his money to his nephew. He also noted that none of the renters needed to leave their homes. Even his other belongings were left to family and friends. Everyone was thankful and in tears. What a generous man, unbelievable!
